As an expert for timing belt drives, we also use our experience in over 25 industries in the area of research & development. We now have a total of more than 20 test stands for timing belt drives and also for our SKID idlers.
Here we carry out entire test series for our customers and also subject our own products to performance and service life tests - also in comparison with competitor products.
We use the results obtained from these tests for the further development of our own HYBRID timing belts, for example, and also as the basis for our L.E.A.N. Drive design method, which enables us to precisely calculate the life span of timing belt drives.
From conception to design and simulation, our experts are at your disposal throughout the entire product development process. Together with you, we develop the perfect drive solution for your task using the latest 3D CAD, simulation and test bench technology.
The result: In the area of timing belt pulleys alone, we produce more than 25,000 different drawing articles each year, tailor-made for our customers' applications.
