Our further training is not abstract, but planned individually for the employee. In joint discussions with the respective supervisor, it can be worked out where the employee's personal professional "journey" in the company will go and how this can be accompanied with individual further training measures.

Our development with u starts with your induction.The specialist department will draw up an induction plan for you, that will quickly give you the tools you need for your future position. Our cross-company training programme will offer you insights into a wide range of areas. In consultation with your supervisor, the right training sessions will be selected for you to ensure that you gain a good insight into your tasks and our strategy.
